Owners are very nice, and were not shy about expressing their gratitude for our business. Only outdoor picnic style seating. Plenty of shade provided by patio roof, and nice breeze provided by commercial grade fan. In the middle is an industrial area, so surrounding area will generate quite a bit of noise. However noise levels are decently low and will not impede ability to converse and socialize. As for the food...I had the BBQ pork sandwich. I added jalapeños, pickles, and cheese. Sandwich was great; Half a pound of thick sliced pork drizzled with a tangy BBQ sauce. Sandwich was more filling then it looked. Took about five minutes between ordering and receiving food. Definitely a great spot for lunch.

Delicious sandwiches and excellent service. A must when you're in the area and craving a yummy lunch! I recommend ordering a large serving of fries for the table; guaranteed to disappear.

Found this gem tucked away in Deerfield. Chicken Parm was AWESOME!!! Definitely coming back and bringing both my home family and Fire family as well. Staff was super nice. Had the aforementioned sub on the recommendation of a current patron. It did not disappoint. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu!!! Fries were fresh, hot and just enough seasoning.

Stopped in here from reviews on Yelp. Was a little scared at first but went ahead in and ordered. The staff was super friendly and the food was prepared quickly. I used a credit card because I don't usually carry cash and there was no complaining about using it. I got the chicken parm to go. I would def recommend it. The portion was huge and I'm big on bang for your buck which this place gets an +A. My only comments are personal preferences on the sandwich, I prefer my bread toasted so it doesn't get soggy(mine wasn't soggy when I ate it btw). I also prefer a less sauce. I will be adding this place to my lunch rotation when I'm in the area.

Authentic slice of NYC in Deerfield Beach. And you can't get more authentic than the owner. Super friendly serving great food at great prices. My meatball sub was so friggin good, foghetaboutit.

This place is LEGIT! Old school "dump" with character and characters (Lisa, John and Victor). Good people. Good food. 1st timer, today. Asked them if I should do the meatball sub special or a Reuben. Since "I'm a nice Jewish boy" and have had plenty of Reuben's in my life, John said to get the meatball sub. Oh..my..GAWD!!! And with the extra pecorino Parmesan sprinkled on (his offer)...YUM! Yeah...they're legit. Don't be afraid of the look. It's the real deal. Outdoor seating, only. Next I'll try the ribeye cheesesteak. Then the pastrami. Then...then...then.... Burp.

John was great to talk to and as soon as I get out of this food coma I'm going to finish my day. We had the bacon bomb. It was great. I like the atmosphere, super laid back, friendly, with covered outside seating at picnic tables. Great lunch dive to get great food. They also deliver so I may be seeing more food from NYC soon.

This place is great, Dennis and John the owners are cool guys..great food, good prices, very friendly and family oriented.. The only reason i gave it a 4 star is because wish it was indoor seating, but it has a nice outside seating area, byt overall love this place..

Got to love John and Lisa and the amazing service they provide. The bbq pork sandwich is exquisite but call in your order early for it as they always sell out of it before 1. I've been calling in mine the day before honestly. Wish the Bacon Bomb sandwich was using actual bleu cheese crumbles instead of bleu cheese dressing. Besides that minor complaint this place is great. Get the Pork.

Best damn biscuits around. The staff is super cool. Definitely worth trying. Our first time coming here so the drinks were on the house. Lots of items on the menu. Pretty sure they'll make whatever you want whether it's on the menu or not.

This place is amazing! I would recommend this to anyone local or visiting who wants a tasteful bite to eat at a good price. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab food in the area. Staff is very nice and helpful with anything you may need. Very well run and a must go!

The food is awesome!!! I have had the chicken Parm sub and the steak one multiple times. I have also gone with others who have ordered various subs and all have been impressed. My only complaint is that they are closed on Saturday AND Sunday. I have taken people there twice and it was closed both times. The first time was a holiday weekend and it was closed on a Friday. Honestly, I respect that- time with the family or whatever and I am all for it! But, then I went again with a different group of people on a Saturday to get a bunch of food to go and they were closed. I knew they were closed on Sundays, but Saturdays too?!? I'm only disappointed because I LOVE the food so much. So- call before you go to be sure they are open and if they are you are sure to be happy.

Stumbled on this great sandwich spot! Almost left since it was a little warm sitting outside. But took it too go and glad we did. This Jersey girl loves their bread and all that's in between. Great steak sandwichQuality ingredients for quality food and the owners are very friendly. Check it out if you are passing by. They also deliver.

0Real NY style sandwich shop. It reminds me of the places I used to eat with my Dad growing up. Food is good and fresh. Owners always make you feel welcome. Only has outdoor seating but the food will taste just as good in your office or at home.

A bit of NYC in Florida. Yelp found this spot for us as we were traveling thru. The steak sandwich was juicy & full of flavor on a perfect hogie roll. Thx yelp for saving us from the Subway down the road. This is a DDD kinda place-basic with only patio seating. The guys are beyond friendly & willing to fix it just the way you want it!
